Kim Folsom, CEO and Board Member

Kim Folsom is an accomplished entrepreneur with 20+ years experience with growing innovative tech companies to provide CRM applications and video-based web services. Kim is the founder and CEO of ShowUhow, Inc. (showuhowinc.com), a web-based sales and customer support platform for manufacturers and retailers. Prior to ShowUhow, Kim was the VP, General Manager of DriveCam and SeminarSource, Inc..

Kim serves on the Advisory Board of Directors for San Diego State University Entrepreneur Management Center, Sheppard Ventures, Qualcomm Stadium and the San Diego Bowl Committee. Kim holds a B.S. in Information Systems and minor coursework in Economics from San Diego State University and an M.B.A. from Pepperdine University.


Sheila Netti, Vice President of Platform Technologies

Sheila Netti brings more than 28 years of information technology management and consulting experience to her role as VP of Platform Technologies. Sheila has previously worked as a Director of IT Consulting at Gartner, IT Operations Manager for various public, private and government organizations. Former Operations Officer, US Navy.

Sheila has a B.S. in Physics from the University of Rochester and completed her master’s degree in business administration at Humboldt State University.


J. Daniel “Dan” Jones, Vice President of Operations & Product Experience

J. Daniel Jones is a 3 time EMMY® winning producer with over 20 years of experience in high-volume product marketing, education and informational video production. He has numerous producer, writer, director, and camera operation credits on ESPN, The Outdoor Channel, ABC, and Speed as well as 8 years in various management roles for KTTY Television in San Diego. Most recently, Jones served as Vice President of Development & General Manager for a 14-member team of programmers, “action script” writers, and graphic artists at “Youreeeka,” a San Diego based start-up specializing in custom video players with integrated payment and DRM capabilities.

Jones earned his BA degree in Advertising from Northwestern State University, Natchitoches, LA, and served in the U. S. Navy.


Scott Leslie, Executive Producer

Scott Leslie has more than 18 years of film and video production experience. He has been involved in the production of 100′s of commercials, infomercials, corporate videos, broadcast TV and independent films as a producer, director, shooter or editor. He has won several awards for his commercial, corporate and children’s video work. He has previously run Eugene Scott Productions for over 8 years and was the Executive Producer for Seminar Source.

Scott holds a Bachelor’s degree in media from UCSD.


Tage Tracy, Director of Finance

Tage Tracy has more than 16 years of experience providing executive level finance and accounting management for small and mid-sized companies. Tage’s expertise includes mergers & acquisitions, business valuations, accounting system design/structuring, risk management strategies, financial structure and resources, strategic planning, debt and equity sources, company restructuring and turnaround strategies, litigation support, and company termination/liquidations plans. Tage is a published author of two books, including Small Business Financial Management Kit for Dummies.

Tage holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and is a certified public accountant, though currently inactive.

Howard Matthews, Chairman

Howard Matthews acts as CEO, COO, Board Director, and Management Consultant to companies confronting turnaround and/or rapid growth challenges. Howard was the co-founder of Office Club (Office Depot). Additionally he served as President and COO of Quantum Corporation (QTM: NYSE), a $1.2 billion data storage solutions company from 2005 to 2007. In addition, Howard also advised and managed the acquisition of InterVu, Inc. (ITVU:NASD) to Akamai Technologies. Howard holds a B.S. from Occidental College and an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of California, Berkley.


Giles Bateman, Director

Giles Bateman began his career as an Industrial Engineer for Metal Box Co. in 1966. Within 10 years, Giles went on to co-found The Price Company (Costco) (PCLB: NASDAQ) in San Diego. Giles currently serves on the Boards of Directors for Beverages & More, The Return Exchange, Inc., Procuro, Inc., WD-40 (WDFC: NASDAQ), and Lifetime Fitness, Inc (LTM: NYSE). Giles holds a B.A. from Oxford University in Law and an M.B.A. with High Distinction from Harvard Business School.


Bob Bingham, Director

Robert Bingham is an accomplished entrepreneur and investor with experience in advising companies on successful web service strategies. Bob has held the titles of “Serial Angel Entrepreneur” and “Angel Investor” and acted as the CEO and founder of Simplenet, a company that was later acquired by Yahoo in 1999. Bob holds a B.S. in Business Administration from San Diego State University.


Duane McKnight, Director

Duane McKnight is a successful entrepreneur and investor with over 17 years of experience as a General Partner of SYNCOM Venture Funds, based in Maryland. Duane previously served as Founder and Vice Chairman of the Marathon Club, Chairman of the National Association of Investment Company, and Board Member for SeminarSource. Duane is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a B.S. in Accounting from Temple University, as well as an M.B.A. from LaSalle University.
